For over the past ten years, I have always used my local Landrover dealer. Following my recent appalling service received from them, I looked elsewhere for work that my car needed. James and his team provided the totally opposite experience, and I must say, provided "exceptional service": communicating fully throughout what work was involved and the cost of such work. The work took 3 hours as James said it would, and my car was ready and waiting when I returned to collect it. Suffice it to say, I will be using them from now on. One extremely satisfied customer :)
An engine warning light issue on my ( non German ! ) car The Forge Garage at Bolton Abbey quickly diagnosed and fully resolved where others had tried but failed.
As soon as I walked into there reception area I knew I was in very safe hands.

James was a hero, our beloved Mercedes SL broke down in Skipton at the end of our trip up from Gloucestershire. The AA was called and took us to Forge Garage (after misdiagnosing the problem). Within the day James had taken it upon himself to get to the bottom of the situation and did !!(even though we had arranged for the car to be recovered back to a specialist dealer in our area).
